Enrollment
Our enrollment process is designed to help you learn more about Shepherd of the Valley. We would be happy to give you a tour, you may call or email the Director to set up a time to visit. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us, observe our campus, staff, and programs.
Open enrollment begins each January for the upcoming school year that will start in August. There are various online forms to be completed and others to be read.
We take the applications in order of receipt. We will accept enrollment throughout the year as space is available or from our wait list.
Enrollment
- If you are interested in enrolling your child for this school year (2024-20025), please call 408-997-4848. We have very select spots and days available.
- If you are interested in next school year, Aug 2025-June 2026, please follow these instructions.
- Fill out the 2025-2026 application: HERE
- Create a new brightwheel account
- Use the purple+ Add a Student button to create a new profile for the student
- Once you fill out the application and pay the $200 application fee you will have reserved your spot for the upcoming year and will receive the required paperwork via brightwheel.
2025-2026 CLASS Tuition
Enrollment Fee is $200 per student (non-refundable)
Tuition is paid in 10 monthly payments.

Discounts
- 10% discount given for the second child
- 1st Non-Refundable payment by cash, check or Auto Pay (payable to SOTV) due: June 1, 2025
- 2nd tuition payment due: September 1, 2025
- Subsequent monthly payments are due the first day of each month through May 1, 2026
Diaper Fee Details
Shepherd of the Valley will accept enrollment for children who have started potty training at home. We will continue to assist in the toilet training process by creating a positive environment, establishing a routine, teaching proper hygiene, and giving praise and encouragement. Parents and staff will work together to help each child in this significant developmental milestone. By working together, we can help ensure that your child feels comfortable, confident, and successful during their potty-training journey.
Velcro Pull Ups, wipes, extra clothing, and any other needed supplies will need to be provided by parents. Children will be considered toilet trained after they have been in underwear for three consecutive weeks without any accidents (nap time excluded). Charges will apply at the beginning of the month for any child who has not successfully used the toilet without accidents for the previous three calendar weeks.
